Ayurveda
Ayurvedic treatments include herbal body packs and massages for various age related and other common disorders.
- LEPANA (HERBALIZED) MUD TREATMENT
  This is a treatment in which a medicated herbal paste is applied over the entire body and allowed to dry. It is then removed using a special deep tissue technique which leaves the muscles and fascia revitalized and flexible. Netra Tarpana
  This is a special treatment in which the eyes are bathed in pure medicated ghee (refined butter)

- JANU BASTI
  In this treatment, the knee is bathed in warm medicated oils, taking 20 to 30 minutes.

- KATI BASTI
  In this treatment, the lower back is bathed with warm medicated oil, taking 20 to 40 minutes.
  Benefits: Helps in curing Chronic and acute backaches, prolapsed disc, Lumbar Spondylosis, Osteoporosis and Sciatica.
- REJUVENATION KERALA TRADITIONAL MASSAGE
  This is a special massage for relaxation with herbal oils to detoxify, nourish and revitalize the body tissues.
  Duration 60 minutes.
  Benefits: Rejuvenates the whole body, re-beautifies the skin, anti-aging, helps sleep better, promotes vitality, reduces vata, imbalance, stress and toxins.
- ABHYANGAM
  This is a massage with comfortable strokes alongwith the application of medicated oils.
  Duration: 40 minutes

- UDVARTANA (WEIGHT LOSS MASSAGE)
  An herbal paste or powder is applied all over the body and deeply massaged with specific movements by two therapists.
  Duration: 45 minutes
  Benefits: Toning the skin and muscle after childbirth or weight loss,. Removes Cellulite, Obesity, Weight reduction, Imparts good complexion to the skin revitalizes the sense of touch. Removes Kapha toxins from the body.
- SHIRODHARA
  In Shirodhara, medicated warm oil/herbal decoctions/medicated milk/butter milk is continually poured on the forehead.
  Benefits: useful in the treatment of anxiety, depression, epilepsy, hypertension, diabetic/ Neuro therapy, strengthens the sensory organs, insomnia, pre-mature graying of the hair and hair loss.
- NAVARAKIZHI
  Massage is done using a special type of cooked rice in the form of boluses tied in muslin bags and dipped into herbal warm milk then is skillfully massaged simultaneously by two therapist all over the body.
  Benefits: Helps in curing paralytic strokes, emaciation of limbs, debility, Osteo Arthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis.
- PIZHICHIL
  Medicated oil/medicated milk is poured onto the body in continuous streams while being gently massaged by two therapists.
  Duration: one hour
  Benefits: Helps in curing Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Body Immunity, Anti –aging and rejuvenating, ensures better orientation, promotes healing of fractures.
- EFAKIZHI/PATRA PINDA SWEDA
  A highly rejuvenating treatment in which several herbal ingredients which are tied and dipped into warm medicated oil and simultaneously massaged by two therapists all over the body.
  Duration: one hour.

  Nasya is the procedure in which medications like oil, powders, plant juice and decoctions are administered through the nostril in order to purify the head and neck region.

- SWEDANAM (HERBAL STEAM BATH)
